Editor’s Note: In anticipation of the Governor’s water legislation which may be introduced in the next few days, both the House and Senate Natural Resources and Environment Committees conducted briefings last week on the water crisis facing Georgia.
John Brock, chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., and Jim Abrahamson, president, the Americas, of Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), were a prominent part of the committees’ agenda and provided an excellent overview to House and Senate members on the task force findings and the importance of sustainable water supplies to the business community.
